Are they baked or fried?

Both our bagels and our bagel chips are baked, never fried. The chips are double baked for exceptional crunch and flavor, and every bag starts with real artisan bagels made right here at The Eccentric Bagel.

Do they contain seed oils?

No. Our bagels and bagel chips are made without seed oils.

Where are they made?

Everything is handmade on Shelter Island, NY, using simple ingredients and our own artisan bagel recipes.

How should I enjoy the bagel chips?

They're delicious straight from the bag and pair perfectly with dips, spreads, charcuterie boards, soups, salads, and cheese boards.

How should I eat the bagels when they arrive?

For best results, toast or warm before serving. Freeze any extras for later. Splash a little water on the bagel and warm it for about 7 to 10 minutes in a 350°F oven, or slice and toast.

How long do the bagel chips stay fresh?

Our bagel chips have a 5-month shelf life when unopened.
