Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, all Eccentric Bagel Chips purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@eccentricbagel.com and include photos of the product and packaging. We will review each situation and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of food products once they have shipped.
If you are located in the European Union, any applicable consumer rights under local law remain unaffected.
