When The Eccentric Bagel opened on Shelter Island in 2022, our goal was simple: make incredible artisan bagels from scratch and create something people couldn't stop talking about.

What started as a local bagel shop quickly developed a loyal following throughout Shelter Island, the Hamptons, and the North Fork. Customers loved our bagels, but they also kept asking for a way to enjoy that same flavor and crunch at home.

That inspiration led to Eccentric Bagel Chips.

Each batch starts with the same artisan bagels we make by hand at The Eccentric Bagel. The bagels are carefully sliced and double baked to create the exceptional crunch and bold flavor that have become our signature.

Today, Eccentric Bagel Chips are available in a variety of unique flavors and are shipped nationwide. While our reach continues to grow, our commitment remains the same: simple ingredients, exceptional flavor, and a product we're proud to put our name on.
